The novel coronavirus cases have reached 70,381 across the country on Monday. The deadly virus has caused 1,521 deaths until now in the country. However, over 26,000 patients have recovered from the virus as per the statistics shared by the health departments of provinces and the federal government.
Most of the cases have been confirmed in Sindh and Punjab provinces. Cases have surged in two provinces as the virus spreads fast in various parts of the country. Covid19 cases also appear to be on a constant rise in KP and Balochistan despite lockdown imposed by provincial governments.
As of Saturday, Sindh confirmed 28,245 cases, Punjab 25,056 KP 10,027, Balochistan 4,393, Islamabad 2,100, GB 638 and AJK has confirmed 214 cases of the COVID19.
