Bilal Noorzai Murder: Court rejects bail application of accused

A court in Quetta has rejected the bail application of three accused arrested in the murder of Bilal Noorzai. A young man Bilal Noorzai brutally murdered in the Hazara Town area of Quetta in May this year.
Bilal’s murder had sparked protests in Quetta city. Police promptly acted and arrested the three accused Muhammad Ibrahim, Muhammad Mehdi, and Ramazan Ali in the murder case. The Father of the victim had made a passionate appeal to the people to stay calm and let the court decide about the cold-blooded murder of his son.
Police produced the accused before the court
Police produced the accused before the court on Monday. The accused had submitted a bail application through their counsel. However, the additional district and session judge, Omaid Ali rejected the bail application of the accused.
Counsels for Bilal Noorzai’s father including Malik Aminullah Kakar advocate and Jaffar Awan appeared before the court in the case.
Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan had also ordered the formation of a joint interrogation team (JIT) to probe into the cold-blooded murder of a young man, Bilal Noorzai. The JIT also presented its report before the provincial government.
