Blast kills 5 labourers in Babar Kach Sibi

SIBI: A blast in Balochistan’s Sibi district killed 5 labourers on Friday. Deputy Commissioner Sibi, Syed Zahid Shah told Quetta Voice the blast also injured 5 people including two security personnel guarding the labourers.
He said the labourers were travelling in a vehicle when their vehicle hit a bomb in the Babar Kach area of Sibi district. Miscreants had planted the bomb on the roadside. The labourers were laying a water pipeline when targeted by miscreants, Mr Shah mentioned.
Injured shifted to hospital for medical treatment
Security forces shifted the injured people to Sibi for medical treatment. Security personnel reached the spot as investigation into the incident went underway. Levies sources however told media that the blast destroyed the vehicle of labourers. He informed the victims identified as Haider Ali, Usman Yousaf, Muhammad Bashir and Mazhar Hussain. The victims belonged to Punjab province.
Jam Kamal condemns the terror act
Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan strongly condemned the terrorist act. In a statement issued after the incident, he said the perpetrators of the terrorist act would be brought to justice.
Jam Kamal also directed the administration to submit the report in this regard and provide better medical treatment to the injured of the blast.
