Balochistan public complaints: PM directs officers to ensure attendance

Prime Minister, Imran Khan has directed all federal officers to ensure their presence in meetings relating to public complaints from Balochistan. The premier dismayed over the quarterly progress report on implementation regarding Balochistan on Prime Minister’s Citizens Complaints Portal.

Imran Khan has directed the delivery unit to issue letter to all concerned officers, Radio Pakistan reported.

Governor Yaseenzai complains about the absence of officers 

Governor Balochistan, Justice (R) Amanullah Khan Yaseenzai had complained about the absence of federal officers during meetings regarding complaint redressal of masses from the province.

The Prime Minister warned officers of strict action in the case of their failure to attend meetings about Balochistan. Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan, and other high ups have also demanded of the Prime Minister of their concern.

Performance of 17 federal departments evaluated 

During the review of public complaints, the performance of officers of seventeen federal departments evaluated on the dashboard.

Eleven thousand complaints received from Balochistan, and ninety percent resolved with a 37 percent satisfaction rate of people. The report said the Premier urged officers for further improvement.
