News Desk:

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Balochistan reports severe impacts from the recent monsoon rains across several districts. Since June 7, ten people have lost their lives, with incidents involving collapsing roofs and walls causing injuries to 31 others, including children.

The rains have completely destroyed 89 houses and partially damaged 170 more, affecting a total of 1,799 people. Infrastructure damage includes 17 kilometres of roads and 310 acres of agricultural land.

Despite the heavy rains, dams in the region remain stable. PDMA and district administrations are actively conducting relief operations to assist affected areas.
