Riaz Baloch:
Haji Farooq Syah Pad was elected as President, and Riaz Hussain Baloch as General Secretary of the Dalbandin Press Club. Both were elected uncontested from the Haji Abdul Sattar Kushani Group.
The cabinet, consisting of key positions and nine members supporting the panel, was declared successful by the Election Committee after the opposing group, led by Ali Ahmed Mengal, failed to secure the required majority. The previous cabinet had been dissolved on July 10, with the election held as scheduled on August 15.
