Chairing a review meeting on the implementation of the Public Sector Development Program (PSDP), CM Bugti expressed serious displeasure over the sluggish pace of the Green Bus project. “It is unacceptable that even after a full year, not a single fleet of 21 buses is operational,” he said.

He directed authorities to ensure that the buses are fully operational for public use by June. “Any further delay will lead to strict action against those responsible,” warned the Chief Minister.

During the meeting, the Transport Department was also instructed to ensure all necessary facilities for the project. CM Bugti emphasized that all government departments must complete their ongoing development schemes by June and that funds from slow-moving projects should be reallocated to active ones.

The Green Bus initiative is a ray of hope for citizens in need of modern, eco-friendly, and cost-effective transport. CM Bugti reiterated the government’s commitment to resolving public issues through swift and practical measures.
