Balochistan High Court Suspends Cabinet Decision on Magistrate Powers

Quetta:The Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BBISE) has issued an official public notice following directives from the Honorable High Court of Balochistan regarding the verification of Intermediate (HSSC) results from 2021 to 2025.

According to the notice, all students who passed their Intermediate examinations from BBISE Quetta during the years 2021–2025 and subsequently secured admission in MBBS, BDS or BE programs are required to submit their academic records for verification.

 

BBISE has instructed the concerned students to download the prescribed proforma from its official website www.bbisequetta.edu.pk, fill it accurately, and submit it along with attested copies of relevant documents within 15 days of the notice. The documents must be sent through registered post or courier to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, BBISE, Samungli Road, Quetta.

The board has warned that submission of false, misleading, incomplete or forged information may result in legal action. It further stated that failure to submit the required documents within the given timeframe, if later found involved in discrepancies, will lead to the matter being referred to the High Court for decision.

The public notice also invites individuals who possess evidence of irregularities in BBISE HSSC results (2021–2025) to report the matter to the Controller of Examinations. The identity of complainants, the board assured, will be kept strictly confidential.

This action is being taken in compliance with the High Court’s directions issued during the hearing of Constitution Petition No. 533/2025 on December 18, 2025.
