According to the Balochistan Transport Department, the Green Line bus service will operate daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with buses departing every 45 minutes. The regular schedule is designed to reduce waiting times and ensure consistent transport availability for commuters.

The route covers several important areas of Quetta, including BA Mall, FC Hospital, Nawab Killi, Zarghoonabad, Haji Manan, Labour Colony, Abdul Khaliq Chowk, Christian Colony, Highway Mart, Mili Zai, Nasran, NUST, and SMBZAN IC, making it easier for residents across the city to access essential services.
