Irfan Nawaz Memon posted as DC Quetta

Irfan Nawaz Memon, a grade-19 officer has been posted as the Deputy Commissioner Quetta on Tuesday afternoon. Major (R) Aurangzai Badini has been directed to report to the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD), a notification said. Quetta is the capital of Balochistan province. The mountain-ringed city houses around 3 million people currently.
Mr. Memon was serving as the Director-General Information Technology. Mr. Memon has also served in important positions in Punjab and got an education from London as well. Mr. Memon has served as the Director-General Punjab Food Authority.
Another reshuffle in Balochistan bureaucracy expected
Sources in the S&GAD told Quetta Voice that the provincial government has decided to make further reshuffle in the bureaucracy in the next few days. Chief Secretary Balochistan, Mathar Niaz Rana has held a series of meetings with senior provincial secretaries regarding the expected reshuffle in the bureaucracy.
Asfandyar Khan is currently the Commissioner Quetta Division.
