QUETTA: Levies force has arrested the killer involved in the brutal murder of a mother and four children in the Kuchlak area of Quetta. The accused is a close relative and the nephew of the children’s father, Zafar Ali Muhammad Shahi, the Deputy Commissioner Pishin told a news conference at Kuchlak police station.
Levies had found the dead bodies of a hapless mother Sakina and her four children in the Killi Poti Nasaran area of Kuchlak. The incident was widely condemned on social media as the heartbreaking images of the broken family went viral. Assistant Commissioner Karezat, Muhammad Ali Durrani and Tehsildar Junaid Barozai were also present on the occasion.
The DC informed that levies have also arrested the step-mother of the children in connection with the brutal murder case. The nephew and the stepmother of the children were involved in the cold-blooded murder, Mr. Muhammad Shahi revealed.

The killer Mehmoodullah had illicit relations with the step mother of the children, he mentioned. The DC further revealed that the hapless mother of the children Sakina had resisted and injured the accused lady during the attack.
The victims had identified the accused and the stepmother and that was the reason they all were brutally murdered. The accused Mehmoodullah was trying to flee Afghanistan when arrested by levies force, the DC Pishin mentioned.
Levies personnel shifted the accused for interrogation. Senior levies personnel are interrogating the accused involved in the cold-blooded murder, the DC concluded.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo has appreciated the district Pishin administration including the DC Zafar Ali Muhammad Shahi, AC Muhammad Ali Durrani, Tehsildar, Junaid Barozai and others for taking timely action and arresting the culprit behind the brutal murder of mother and children in Kuchlak Killi Poti Nasaran.
