At least three people were injured in a hand grenade attack near the security forces check post in the Qambrani Road area of Quetta on Sunday night. Police sources said unknown miscreants lobbed a hand grenade at the forces check post near Khosho hotel Qambrani Road.
Three people including two civilians and security personnel were wounded in the attack. Rescue workers shifted the injured to the trauma center civil hospital Quetta for medical treatment. Police and personnel of the frontier corps reached the spot and started an investigation into the incident.
“We have received two injured of the blast”, Waseem Baig, the Spokesman of civil hospital Quetta said. He said both the injured are under treatment in the trauma center.
Kalat: Armed men opened fire on levies’ mobile vehicle. As a result of the firing two levies personnel were injured. Levies mobile was on a routine patrolling when attacked by miscreants. The attackers sped away on their motorcycle from the spot.
Levies personnel reached the spot as an investigation into the incident went underway.
