The FC personnel martyred in a terrorist attack in Balochistan near Pak-Iran border

Six personnel of the Frontier Corps (FC) including an officer were martyred in a terrorist attack near the Pak-Iran border on Friday evening. According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the vehicle of security forces was targeted by terrorists through an improvised explosive device in the Mekran terrain.

The forces were on a routine patrolling to check the movement of terrorists in the mountainous area almost 14 km from the Iranian border.

The martyred were identified as Major Nadeem, Naik Jamshed, Lance Naik Khizar Hayat, Lance Naik Taimor, Sepoy Nadeem and Sepoy Sajid.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan strongly condemned the terrorist incident and vowed to bring the perpetrators to book. Home Minister Balochistan Mir Ziaullah Langove also condemned the terror attack and expressed sympathies with the family members of the fallen heroes of the nation.
