34th National games after 19 years in Balochistan

The 34th national games are scheduled to be held in Balochistan after a long period of 19 years. Chief Secretary Balochistan, Abdul Aziz Uqaili chaired a high-level meeting to review preparations for the upcoming national games in Quetta.

On May 14, the Olympic torch will be brought to Quetta, the host city of the National Games, Secretary Sports Balochistan informed the meeting.

“It is a matter of honor for Balochistan to host national games”, Mr. Uqaili told the participants of the meeting.

There is no shortage of hospitality, renovation work is also going on at a fast pace at all the venues, the meeting was told.

Visits are being made to all venues including Football Ground, PSB Gymnasium, Table Tennis Hall, and Throwball Ground, Ishaq Jamali stated.

Balochistan is a peaceful province, the people here are hospitable, and they will try to ensure that there is no shortage of hospitality for the players of the teams from other provinces, Abdul Aziz Uqaili remarked.
