Panjgur, November 13, 2024: A hand grenade was reportedly thrown at the residence of the Assistant Commissioner in Panjgur district, Balochistan, by unidentified assailants.

Police confirmed the incident, stating that although the attack caused damage to the property, no casualties or injuries were reported.

Following the explosion, police and security teams promptly arrived at the scene, securing the area and initiating a thorough investigation. Authorities are currently working to identify the attackers and determine the motive behind the incident.

The attack has raised concerns about the security of public officials in the region. Local law enforcement agencies have increased security measures around key officials’ residences and assured the public of swift action to apprehend those responsible.
