Killa Abdullah rape, murder case: father appeals CJ to take notice

CHAMAN: The broken father of a minor boy subjected to rape and murder has made an appeal to the Chief Justice (CJ) Balochistan High Court (BHC) to take notice of his son’s murder. “I want justice”, Boor Muhammad, the ill-fated father of an eight-year old minor boy told the daily Quetta Voice.

Unknown culprits kidnapped, raped and then murder an eight-year old minor boy in Balochistan’s Killa Abdullah district. Tariq Javed Mengal, the Deputy Commissioner Killa Abdullah said the tragic incident happened in Maizai Addah area of the district.

CJ should take suo moto notice of the murder

The ill-fated father has demanded of the Chief Justice to take suo moto notice of the tragic incident to bring the culprits to book. “This is a tragedy beyond my comprehension”, Boor Muhammad said with burst of tears narrating the ordeal.

Levies force has picked up two suspects from Maizai Addah in connection with the cold-blooded murder of minor boy. “We are interrogating the suspects”, Mr. Mengal said. He assured that justice would be done and the real culprits would be brought to justice. Third suspect is likely to be picked up soon, he said.

Levies said the minor boy went missing in the evening from his house a couple of days ago. In the morning, the residents of Killi Davian spotted the dead body of the minor boy hanging with a tree. They informed the broken father and levies force.

Postmortem proves the minor boy subjected to sexual assault

Postmortem of the ready body proved the minor boy subjected to sexual assault and then killed by culprits, the Deputy Commissioner Killa Abdullah said.  He said DNA samples of the two accused picked up by levies sent to Quetta to make a breakthrough in the investigation of the cold-blooded murder of the minor boy.
