BA adopts resolution against publication of blasphemous caricatures in France

The Balochistan Assembly on Monday adopted a unanimous condemnation resolution against the publication of blasphemous caricatures in France. The house also condemned the statement of French President  Emmanuel Macron in this regard. The session of the Balochistan Assembly resumed here with speaker Qudoos Bizenjo in the chair.

Home Minister Balochistan, Mir Ziaullah Langove tabled a joint resolution in the house. Speaking on the feasibility of the resolution, Mr. Langove said the publication of blasphemous caricatures has harmed the feelings of Muslims around the globe. “This is not acceptable to any Muslim in the world”, he said.

Opposition leader condemns the publication of the blasphemous caricatures 

Opposition leader in Balochistan Assembly, Malik Sikandar advocate appreciated the treasury lawmakers for tabling the resolution. He said the opposition stands by the treasury members in the condemnation of the publication of blasphemous caricatures in France.

“We unconditionally support this resolution”, Mr. Advocate announced. Finance Minister Balochistan, Mir Zahoor Buledi also condemned the publication of the blasphemous caricatures and the statement of President Macron in this regard. “No sane person around the globe case tolerate this”, Mr. Buledi said.

The chair put the resolution for voting before the house. After the debate, the house unanimously adopted the condemnation resolution and demanded of the federal government to take up the matter with France diplomatically.
