BHC suspends transfer order of Secretary Culture and Tourism

The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Thursday suspended the transfer order of Secretary Culture and Tourism, Asghar Harifal.
A division bench of the BHC comprising Chief Justice Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Mr. Justice Kamran Malakhail ordered the suspension of transfer order of Asghar Harifal, the Secretary of Culture.
Harifal transferred within few months
The counsel for Mr. Harifal, Rauf Atta advocate pleaded that the government had transferred his client just within few months before the official period.
“I know why competent officers are being transferred”, the CJ BHC observed. The officers who know rules and regulations are transferred, the CJ remarked.
Rauf Atta advocate also informed the court the transfer summary of ACS Balochistan was also ready.
