Ajmal Kakar elected President, Noor Jan Buledi GS QBA

QUETTA: Senior lawyer, Ajmal Khan Kakar was elected as the President, and Noor Jan Buledi Advocate was elected as the General Secretary Quetta Bar Association on Sunday morning. According to the results, Mr. Kakar got 350 votes, whereas, his opponent candidate Miraj Tareen Advocate got 297 votes, senior lawyer Ishaq Nasar Advocate announced the results.
The Vokla and Shakeel Panel swept the QBA elections for the year 2021-22. As per the results, Noor Jan Buledi Advocate got 348 votes and his rival Abdul Hayee Advocate got 229 votes.
Qasim Mandokhail Advocate got 428 votes, whereas, his opponent candidate, Faisal Mengal Advocate got 217 votes.
There was a tough competition between the Vokla Panel and Professional Panel during the QBA elections. Last year, the Professional Panel had swept the elections conducted for the QBA.
