Levies force Balochistan passing out parade held in Quetta

QUETTA: The 7th Batch Passing Out Parade of Balochistan Levies Force was held at Counter-Terrorism Center (CTD) Department, Quetta in which recruits from all over Balochistan completed SSG Light Commando training.

Additional Chief Secretary for home and tribal affairs, Arshad Majeed was the Chief Guest of the passing out parade. Addressing the function, DG Levies, Qadir Bakhsh Pirkani thanked the Pakistan Army and Commander 12 core for their support in the training of the levies personnel.

He further said that modernization of the Balochistan Levies Force and implementation of its comprehensive reorganization program is being ensured which has now yielded positive and far-reaching results. Due to government initiatives, Balochistan Levies Force has now become a well-organized and modern force, he added.

On the occasion, the soldiers of Levies Force presented various items learned during the training. DG Levies appreciated the quality of Levies Force and congratulated the soldiers who completed the training. The soldiers of Balochistan Levies Force completed the training course of shooting and SSG light commando. In addition to this, they were trained in self-defense, compound clearance, replacing, VIP protection, and other protective measures in case of any emergency.
