Two women injured as a result of gas leakage blast in Quetta

Two women were injured as a result of a gas leakage blast in Quetta’s Bhosa Mandi area on Friday morning. The women had suffered burn injuries. Residents of the area and rescue workers shifted the injured women to the hospital for medical treatment. The women were admitted to the burn ward of Bolan Medical Complex Hospital Quetta.

The blast had also damaged the mud-walled room. The women were identified as Saleha and Nooria. Gas supply was abruptly suspended in various parts of Quetta late at night. The company had given no prior notice to the consumers regarding the gas load shedding.

Citizens took to social media networks and warned the people about the sudden suspension of the gas supply in the city.
