Balochistan cabinet condemns terrorist attack at FC soldiers in Zhob

Balochistan cabinet on Thursday strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Zhob near the Pak-Afghan border. The provincial cabinet expressed grief and sorrows with family members of the Frontier Corps (FC) soldiers who sacrificed their lives, an official handout said.
The cabinet members also expressed concern over police firing that claimed the life of Faizan Jattak, a 22-year old young man from the Sariab road area of Quetta.
Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan chaired the provincial cabinet meeting that discussed a number of issues relating to the province. Armed terrorists had targeted FC personnel during the fencing of the Pak-Afghan border in the Manzaki Zhob area.

Cabinet makes a decision about vocational training institute in Gwadar
The cabinet meeting made a decision about the vocational training institute in Gwadar, the country’s port city. The meeting approved the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) for the enrollment of Afghan children in schools in the Chaghi and Pishin districts of Balochistan.
The cabinet approved the construction of a gravity dam in the Marriabad area of Quetta and the construction of a sports complex in the city.
Good governance ensures transparency
Speaking on the occasion, Jam Kamal said that good governance and better mechanism have resulted in an improvement in all sectors. He directed the concerned departments and officers to ensure timely completion of all projects. All cabinet members, chief secretary Balochistan, police chief, provincial secretaries, and other concerned officials participated in the meeting.
